BLOOM, Judge.

A jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, presided over by Judge Kenneth Johnson, acquitted appellant, Jehu Cox, of attempted murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the second degree, but convicted him of attempted "voluntary" manslaughter, assault, wearing and carrying a handgun, and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. The trial judge sentenced appellant to a ten year prison term for attempted "voluntary" manslaughter...
