This is an appeal from an order of the Bankruptcy Court. The case stems from the filing for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by appellee Manville Forest Products Corporation (MFP). MFP was and is a fully solvent, wholly-owned subsidiary of Manville Corporation, which at the time of the facts in this case was involved in asbestos litigation.
