LESLIE, Judge.

Relator appeals by writ of certiorari from a determination that he was discharged for misconduct. We affirm.

FACTS

Relator Russell Dean was employed by the respondent, Allied Aviation Fueling Co., (Allied) as a skycap from July 1983 through April 4, 1985. Skycaps assist some airline travelers by bringing their luggage to the appropriate ticket counters, and assist other passengers who already have tickets by preparing...
