Plaintiff sued defendants Oberling and Fierge in the circuit court of Adams County for fraudulent misrepresentation. A bench trial was held, at the conclusion of which the court awarded plaintiff judgment in the amount of $5,540 in compensatory damages against defendants jointly and severally, $9,000 in punitive damages against defendants severally, and $10,497.40 in attorney fees against...
