This appeal involves a dispute over the refund of an insurance premium. In April of 1977 the insured, Robert W. Fritz of Fritz and Sons Trucking, entered into a "Premium Financing Contract" with plaintiff. Bruce E. Hawkins of Walkup-Huhn Insurance was the issuing agent.
