At the Wade hearing, the People presented only one witness to the shooting of gas station attendant Amos Kamara (hereinafter Kamara). The witness testified that on January 1, 1984, at approximately 1:30 A.M., while in his car at a gas station in Staten Island, he observed two men arguing with Kamara.
