Defendant, Peter Wade Suffredini, pled no contest to second degree murder in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-304 (Reissue 1985), to robbery in violation of Neb.Rev. Stat. § 28-324 (Reissue 1985), and to the use of a firearm to commit a felony in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-1205 (Reissue 1985).
