NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

This appeal is from the denial of appellant Marie Rakow's post-trial motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative a new trial. Rakow claims the trial court abused its discretion by excluding the testimony of two witnesses prepared to testify as to the activities of the allegedly intoxicated person before he entered respondent Waterfall Inn and Supper Club's bar.
