SEDGWICK, Judge.

Respondents Paul and Ellen Weld sued appellant MidAmerica Mutual Life Insurance Company (MidAmerica) to recover benefits under an accident and health insurance policy. The trial court granted Welds' motion for summary judgment. Mid-America appeals. We affirm.
