The defendant, Allan Tice, was convicted of unlawful delivery of between 30 and 500 grams of cannabis (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 56 1/2, par. 705(d)), and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. He brings the instant appeal, arguing he was denied his right to counsel. We affirm.
