The defendant, BaRoss Builders, Inc., appeals from the judgment which a state trial referee, exercising the powers of the Superior Court, rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, Henry E. Keppel, Jr., and Marilyn L. Keppel, on their suit against the defendant based on claimed deficiencies in its construction of a residence for them.
