PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of summary judgment under GCR 1963, 117.2(3), now MCR 2.116(C)(10), dismissing his action for injunctive relief and for damages sustained as a result of defendants' defamatory conduct. We affirm.
