Plaintiffs, Paul Perry and his wife, Sharon Perry, filed a complaint against defendant, McLouth Steel Corporation, in Wayne Circuit Court alleging that plaintiff was injured while working on defendant's premises. On October 17, 1984, the jury found that defendant was not negligent, and a judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendant was subsequently entered.
