OPINION

WOZNIAK, Judge.

Appellant was convicted in the district court, Hennepin County, of burglary in the second degree in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.582, subd. 2(a) (1984). He appeals from the district court's order denying his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm.
