Ralph Edward Crenshaw entered a negotiated plea of guilty to first degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187) and admitted using a firearm to commit the crime (Pen. Code, § 12022.5). He was sentenced to 25 years to life for the murder with a two-year enhancement for using the firearm.
