MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NORDBERG, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant Coronet Insurance Company's ("Coronet") motion to abstain pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c)(1) and (2). For the following reasons, the court denies the motion to abstain.
