Defendant was charged with indecent exposure and with being a sexually delinquent person at the time of that offense, MCL 750.335a; MSA 28.567(1). Defendant pled guilty to indecent exposure. Thereafter, he moved to quash the sexual delinquency charge on constitutional grounds. The trial court denied defendant's motion.
