MILLIGAN, J.

This is a case of unconscionable delay in deciding a contested divorce. The case was heard June 20, 1984, in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Family Court Division. The trial court, some fourteen months later, filed its judgment on August 22, 1985. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed on August 7, 1985.
