Craig Meneley appeals from a trial court order increasing his child support obligation imposed under a Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA) proceeding to $491.00 per month, the support guidelines amount. Appellant argues that in an intrastate URESA proceeding where the obligee is receiving public assistance, adherence to the child support guidelines is not mandated.
