The plaintiff, an electrical contractor, brought this action to recover the unpaid balance on bills for work done at a restaurant known as the Night Watchman, Inc. The trial court concluded that the defendant, the president and sole stockholder in the corporation, was personally liable for the balance. The court awarded $8347.16 to the plaintiff on the complaint, but allowed a setoff in the defendant's favor...
