This is an appeal from a juvenile court order terminating the appellant's parental rights with respect to her two-year-old daughter, L. L. B.

The appellant gave birth to the child at the age of 15, while living with her parents. The identity of the father has not been conclusively determined. When the child was two months old, the appellant took her to the emergency room of the South Georgia Medical Center because she was not gaining weight...
