PARKS, J.:

Plaintiff Grainland Farms, Inc. (Grainland) filed this action in trespass against defendants, Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company (Arkla) and Three Star Construction Company, Inc. (Three Star), seeking both actual and punitive damages. The trial court granted defendants' motion for summary judgment concluding that plaintiff's action was precluded in light of the admitted facts and Arkla's exercise of its power of eminent domain. Plaintiff appeals.
