W.D. Short, operator of a saltwater disposal well, brought an action to recover damages from Gary K. Wise, the landowner, for wrongful interference with his right to use the disposal well. A bench trial was conducted and the court awarded damages to Short in the amount of $46,905.40 for breach of contract, trespass and unjust enrichment.
