The defendant, Jimmy L. Leggans, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and was sentenced to two years' probation. The State subsequently filed a petition to revoke probation, and, after a hearing, probation was revoked. Defendant was sentenced to four years' imprisonment and ordered to pay a fine of $300. The judgment reflects that defendant was to be given credit for 10...
