Jene A. Miller appeals from the trial court's enforcement of a Colorado judgment pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, K.S.A. 60-3001 et seq. The facts of this case are not in dispute. Warren Worthington obtained a default judgment against Miller in Larimer County, Colorado, on December 23, 1974.
