Richard Hurd appeals from a judgment convicting him of failing to report suspected child abuse and from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Hurd argues that the charging statute is unconstitutionally vague, that the trial court erred by failing to instruct the jury on an element of the offense, and that there was insufficient evidence to convict. We conclude that the challenged statute is constitutional and that there was sufficient evidence...
