This is an appeal from the judgment of guilty rendered against the defendant, following his pleas of nolo contendere, to the crimes of tampering with physical evidence, a violation of General Statutes § 53a-155, illegal possession of marihuana, a violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (c), and violation of probation, a violation of General Statutes § 53a-32.
