In this declaratory judgment action the trial court found that appellant Milton Skarsten and the named insured, his daughter Cheryl Skarsten, did not reside in the same household; the court consequently concluded appellant was not an insured person under the terms of two policies issued by respondent Dairyland Insurance Co.
