OLSZEWSKI, Judge:

Appellant, Arthur Satzberg, was convicted of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and related offenses by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. Post-verdict motions were filed and denied. Appellant was sentenced to two years' probation and restitution, and now appeals the judgment of sentence to this Court.
