The plaintiff applied to the Superior Court for a writ of habeas corpus to determine the custody of a minor child. The court dismissed the application for lack of personal jurisdiction. The plaintiff appealed to the Appellate Court, and we transferred the appeal here on our own motion. Practice Book § 3004A. We find no error.
