This is an appeal from a judgment rendered for the defendants in accordance with a verdict directed at the close of the plaintiff's case. The plaintiff sued the defendants for allegedly libelous statements made by the named defendant, Wallace Arseneault, concerning the plaintiff's management of a labor union.
