OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Appeal is made from a final judgment and decree dissolving the parties' marriage based on an oral stipulation. Appellant claims (1) he should be released from the stipulation because of ineffective assistance of counsel and lack of equity and (2) the trial court improperly vested the county court services department with jurisdiction regarding visitation. We affirm.
