In this case, we consider when law enforcement officers are required to give Miranda1 warnings to a suspect whom they have detained pursuant to an "investigative stop." We conclude that where defendant was detained by at least four sheriff's officers, several patrol cars and a helicopter, and was held at gunpoint, Miranda warnings...
