Benard Smith appeals from an order of the district court for Douglas County affirming a decision of the Nebraska Department of Labor Appeal Tribunal, which affirmed a decision of the Nebraska Department of Labor, division of employment, which had ordered a 9-week reduction in Smith's unemployment benefits. Smith's unemployment was caused by his dismissal from the public works department of the City of Omaha, which dismissal was affirmed...
