Germantown Mutual Insurance Company and Auto-Owners Insurance Company appeal a judgment awarding damages to Evelyn and Robert Nelson. Germantown and Auto-Owners contend that the trial court erred by construing their property insurance policies to afford liability coverage to Hazel Nemetz, whose husband, Walter, allegedly intended or expected the burning of a structure occupied by the Nemetzes' tavern and the Nelsons' adjoining hardware store.
