The plaintiff, Shore and Country Real Estate, sued the defendants, John Pappagallo, who did business as Pappagallo Real Estate, and Jeanette Pappagallo, administratrix of the estate of Vincent Pappagallo, seeking to recover a broker's commission for the sale of commercial real estate.
