This matter is before us on the appeal of intervenor-appellant, Grange Mutual Casualty Company ("Grange"), from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas overruling Grange's motion to intervene in an action between plaintiffsappellees, Buford Ann and Dike Blackburn ("the Blackburns"), and defendants-appellees, Ala B. Hamoudi and Susan Mary Birhanzl.
