In the second appeal of this case from the court of common pleas, the principal question is whether plaintiffs-appellees were entitled to recover attorney fees and expenses from defendants-appellants. The trial court awarded plaintiffs $30,292.30 for attorney fees and expenses, but we reverse because there is no authority for an award of attorney fees in this lawsuit.
