The Pillsbury Company appeals from a $39,263.23 judgment awarded Production Credit Association of Baraboo for Pillsbury's conversion of harvested crops and proceeds in which PCA claimed a security interest. The primary issues are whether PCA's security agreement and financing statement sufficiently described the collateral and whether PCA unconditionally authorized the debtor to sell the collateral free of lien.
