BROWN, P.J.

Kenneth Jaworski was convicted of five counts of second-degree sexual assault as a repeater, in violation of secs. 940.225(2) and 939.62, Stats. On appeal, Jaworski contends that there was insufficient evidence of the use or threat of force or violence to support conviction on counts two through five. He also claims that the trial court committed prejudicial error in providing three prosecution witnesses' written statements
