Petitioner was charged with one count of simple assault and the summary offense of harassment. He was tried by jury on the count of simple assault and was found not guilty on February 24, 1984. On February 27, 1984, the trial court, sitting as a magistrate, found petitioner guilty of the summary offense of harassment. Petitioner was sentenced to a period of 90 days' imprisonment, which had already been served at the time of sentencing...
