This is an appeal from a $125,000 jury verdict in a personal injury action. The plaintiff was shot six times by Glendale police officers when they burst into his house in an attempt to serve a search warrant. The plaintiff sued the officers and the city for willful, wanton and intentional infliction of injury and for negligent instruction, supervision and training.
