The named plaintiff brought this action seeking to recover damages for workers' compensation benefits paid to his employee, Angelo DaSilva, who was permitted to file an intervening complaint against the defendants. On May 1, 1985, the court entered a nonsuit against the intervening plaintiff for his failure to attend a pretrial conference ordered by the court.
