In this proceeding, Mary Williams, the relator, seeks to have a civil action she filed in the Circuit Court of Marshall County set for trial. The Circuit Court of Marshall County stayed the trial of her action because it believed an order entered in a bankruptcy action pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia foreclosed the circuit court from trying the case.
