In a bench trial, Ernest Wright was convicted of petit larceny and possession of marijuana. He received concurrent jail sentences of twelve months and thirty days, respectively. Two issues are presented in this appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in admitting evidence of Wright's home address taken by a police officer before advising him of his Miranda rights, and (2) whether the evidence was sufficient to support both convictions.
