The debtors are farmers and ranchers doing business on a 16,703-acre agricultural operation near Pierre, South Dakota. Approximately 12,250 acres of the debtors' land are under irrigation provided by 12½ miles of canals, over 50 miles of underground pipe, and 92 pivot systems which draw water from the massive Oahe...
