In one appeal, the trial court granted appellee Lefkoski's motion to compel production of a reporter's notes and other documentary material, as well as filmed "outtakes;"1 in the other the trial court granted appellee Hatchard's motion to compel production of outtakes, but denied his request for other documentary material.
