Appellee-Heritage Bank (Bank) brought suit to recover on a promissory note that appellant-Breitzman had signed in the capacity of indorser. Appellant answered, denying the material allegations of the complaint and raising several defenses. After discovery, the Bank moved for and was granted summary judgment in its favor. Appellant appeals from the trial court's order, contending that genuine issues of material fact remain with regard to his defenses...
