OPINION

KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

We remand this case with directions to the trial court to set aside the defendant's plea of guilty. The trial judge allowed the defendant to enter the plea without disabusing him of the notion that the plea could be set aside if the defendant later came up with evidence to show that he was not guilty. The case is governed by the recent supreme court decision in State v. Anderson, 147 Ariz. 346
