This is an appeal from the trial court's decision holding Danny D. Yoder, appellant, in indirect contempt of court on the basis of his interference with parental custody and his failure to pay child support. On appeal appellant disputes whether indirect contempt is a proper remedy in this action and in addition questions whether his ex-wife, Janice D. Yoder, appellee, is a proper party plaintiff.
